Cancellations/Rescheduling: To reschedule or cancel any appointment, you must personally contact me or you will be considered a no-show. Cancellations 48+ hours in advance have no fees. Cancellations less than 48 hours will have a 50% of service scheduled fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will have a 70% of service scheduled fee (Special circumstances will be considered) Absence: If you no-show or cancel your service the same day of the appointment you will be charged 100% of the service total. Timeliness: If you are 15+ minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and it will be considered a no call no show appointment and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
